Diamond Lakey, PMP.

Diamond Lakey is the Founder of Lakey Permit Group and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with more than twelve years of experience in construction permitting, entitlements, and development coordination.

Throughout her career, she has supported residential, commercial, and multi-site development projects across the United States — helping clients navigate complex permitting requirements, agency approvals, utility coordination, inspections, and project milestones.

Her experience includes work associated with nationally recognized brands such as McDonald's, 7-Eleven, Walmart, Zaxby's, and major retail, restaurant, hospitality, and commercial development programs.

She is known for attention to detail, proactive communication, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to keep projects moving through challenging approval processes.
